The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms a very good size, the bathrooms beautiful and lovely complimentary products. The breakfast, was lovely and cooked to order. Piping hot and a good selection of cold items/juices. The staff were very welcoming and chatty. And helped me with travel plans to places I wanted to visit

Location is great right in the centre. No onsite parking, but parking at frenchgate is a short walk away and at a discounted price of £5 per 24hrs provided you collect a code from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and approachable. Hotel was clean and tidy. Rooms was large and beds was super comfy, our only issue with the room was it was so hot!! We couldn't sleep, (it was the hottest day of the year mind) in the morning we was supplied with a fan from the reception. Breakfast was OK

The breakfast selection was really good. Central location was a double edged sword because of the noise outside but wouldn’t put us off staying again. Part of the hotel was closed for refurbishment so was quite quiet. Lovely bathroom.

The staff make this property. We travelled here to take my son to see the university in York and we stayed for the weekend. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is also fabulous and well worth the money. One of the nicest cooked breakfasts I’ve had anywhere.

Clean, efficient room. The longest bath I've ever encountered, (I mean length, not the time I spent!). Location perfect for time in Donny. Station 5-10 Mins walk away.

Pleasant stay generally. Staying on a Wednesday in November so streets outside were quiet but I'm guessing would be pretty noisy at the weekend. Only to be expected for a city centre hotel. Good location for theatre i was going to.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location in the centre of Doncaster and the room was small but quiet.

Clean throughout, very comfortable beds, updated decor, great location for pubs & clubs. Staff helpful and polite. Overall great value for money

The room was compact but cosy, with a nice bathroom. The room was facing away from the main road which was nice since I didn't hear any noise from the street.
